Mrs. Nadine Cater Torey is an active member of the God’s Way Assembly in Christiana where she serves as an intercessor and member of the choir. She started singing from the early age of fifteen in the cool hills of her home parish, Manchester where she developed a love for the art of singing. During her teenage years, she would write and perform her songs at various functions to showcase here talent. Knowledge of this gift propelled her to seek a platform where she could learn to hone her abilities. This passion was the catalyst behind young Nadine entering a premier talent show in Jamaica where she performed exceptionally well. She believes she has been tasked to share the Word of God with the world through music especially to young people. Her charge to youths in observance of Youth Month is that young people should strive for excellence, keep their eyes to the God of the hills and ensure they accept Jesus as their Lord and Saviour.
Nadine’s life is guided by the scripture: “I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help.”
