The Church in Mexico has expressed its support for several bills to eliminate the statute of limitations for the sexual abuse of minors, which stands now at ten years. The bills were introduced in the country’s Federal Congress and would only apply to future, not past cases.

Earlier today, Pope Francis in his 2020 Lenten Message said, “there is an urgent need for personal conversion, without which the temptations of Satan, and the presence of evil, create a “hell here on earth.”

A complaint was filed against Mark MacArthur, son of evangelical pastor and radio host John MacArthur, claiming the younger MacArthur and his former business partner defrauded clients in a $16 million investment scheme.

According to The Christian Post, more than 100 Boko Haram militants opened fire sporadically and indiscriminately and set churches and houses on fire, killing many people, in the town of Garkida.

And, as the COVID-19 coronavirus continues its deadly rampage across China, more cases have come to the USA, and Chinese churches are fighting back with spiritual weapons.

China’s latest update raised the number of people who have died from the coronavirus in mainland China to around 1,900 and the total number of confirmed cases to more than 72,000.
